- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the website or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with EdMentor.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers or networks connected to the website.
User Content
- By using the Services, you have the ability to share your own content — such as assignments, information, and other submissions — with EdMentor, instructors, and fellow users. You maintain full intellectual property rights over this User Content and are accountable for its creation and distribution.
- User Content does not encompass course materials or other resources provided by Content Providers or their instructors on the EdMentor platform. The handling of such Content Offerings is governed by specific agreements between EdMentor and Content Providers.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdMentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- (a) Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services.
- (b) Any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable EdMentor party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
Changes to Terms
- EdMentor reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is considered material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Karnataka), and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
